PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we have a strict no returns policy on ALL jewellery items. All items are purchased as seen. If you require any additional information or images regarding an item, please contact us before placing your order on info@hennaandjewels.co.uk or direct message us on instagram @henna4uleicester. 

We check all items before dispatch, but In the rare event your order has arrived damaged, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence to info@hennaandjewels.co.uk 

Please note that we are not liable for the cost of returning items to us and we recommend you send the package securely and with fully tracked postage.
